Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may carry an extra charge, which is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

UK warehouse items (most of our range, marked "Ships from our UK warehouse"): usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered by Royal Mail or a tracked courier within 1–3 working days of dispatch.
Other items: usually dispatched within 1–7 working days and delivered within 7–15 working days of dispatch.
If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order (or any date we agreed with you), you can cancel and get a full refund.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You won't be charged anything extra after you place your order.

Orders in more than one parcel

Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. You'll receive tracking details for each parcel when available, at no extra cost.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you (or someone you nominate).
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email mindrute@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
