1. About us

crafo.online is operated by CRAFO, 180-190 Clydeholm Road, Glasgow, G14 0QQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Email: mindrute@gmail.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

These terms apply when you use our website and buy from us as a consumer. Please read them with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using our website

  • You must be 18 or over to place an order.
  • Please give accurate details when you order and keep any account password private.
  • Don't misuse the website, for example by introducing viruses, scraping it or trying to access it without permission.

3. Products

  • We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly; please check the size information on each product page.
  • Products are for personal and household use.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Your order and our contract

  • When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • If we can't accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock), we'll tell you and you won't be charged, or we'll refund you in full promptly.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver within 30 days of your order.
  • Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate. Ownership passes to you once delivered and paid for.

7. Cancelling and returns

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Your legal rights

We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. For detailed information about your rights, visit Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or, in Scotland, Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot).

9. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
  • We only supply products for domestic and private use. We're not responsible for business losses.
  • We're not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but if this happens we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a refund for anything not yet delivered.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design and the CRAFO name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Other product names and brands mentioned belong to their owners. You may use the website for personal shopping only.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to publish and use it. Reviews must be honest, lawful and not offensive, and we may remove any that aren't.

12. Complaints

If you're unhappy, please email mindrute@gmail.com and we'll aim to resolve it within 14 days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law. You can bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in England and Wales you can also bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the courts of Northern Ireland.
